With a team of four staff members, the ADR ensures proposals and awards are in compliance with relevant regulations and assists faculty and staff with navigating pre- and post-award management. The ADR also partners with Associate Dean Montgomery to identify and support faculty professional development and related opportunities to further research and creative activity, and with Associate Dean Berry to construct start-up packages for new faculty in collaboration with department chairs and colleagues in Academic Affairs.
