Proposal Submission Activity from August 16 to September 15, 2023:
Seven submissions for extramural support totaled $2,330,013 by faculty from the Departments of Biology; Economics; Geography, Planning and Environment; and Sociology.


Award Activity from August 16 to September 15, 2023: $467,425

We want to congratulate Drs. Erin Field and Sue McRae, Department of Biology; Drs. Hanna Kassab and Samantha Mosier, Department of Political Science; Dr. Stephen Moysey, Department of Geological Sciences; and Dr. Jennifer McKinnon, Department of History, each for receiving a new grant award.

FY 2023: 61 Total Awards = $6,983,260
FY 2024: 17 Total Awards = $3,435,380


NSF Changes:

NSF implemented revised versions of the Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support formats for consistency with the Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide (PAPPG). The requirement to use the revised formats is effective for proposals submitted or due on or after January 30, 2023.

These revised formats are now available in SciENcv. As a reminder, the mandate to use SciENcv only for the preparation of these senior personnel documents will go into effect for new proposals submitted or due on or after October 23, 2023.
